A humorous and slightly surreal acrylic and watercolour painting of red shoes in an interior on a windowsill. An audience of sheep looking on from outside in a snowy landscape - I painted this with no agenda or particular purpose in mind but on reflection it may be a subconscious comment on the current popular obsession with owning branded shoes and the shameless marketing that fuels the craze ! ...
Sheep however are known for their propensity to follow the crowd !!
So if the shoe fits .....:-)
