Light Will Come "An Original Abstract, watercolour painting.
I painted this inspired by sunset through the ubiquitous stone walls on the beautiful Aran Islands. off the west coast of Ireland.
Set in glistening crystal clear blue Atlantic waters -the islands have rare plants and flowers and a wealth of breath-taking scenery.
On the islands you can see a traditional way of life practised by an Irish speaking community of around 250 people .History is strongly linked to the sea which provided food for islanders to live on and protected them from the worst ravages of Irish famine of the 19th century

I live in beautiful Ireland .I am inspired by mythology,memories, dreams, whimsical flights of fancy and by nature's beauty - with all it's related moods, My work is varied, sometimes abstract, often surreal.. As well as painting and exhibiting, I tutor art in Europe; Italy/ Tuscany and France.
