Description
"Source" is an abstract watercolour of an imaginary landscape .
I used a simple colour combination of hot and warm colours juxtaposed with cool grey and indigo . An injection of white,suggests a flow of water which in turn suggested the title to me.
The painting also reflects the belief of the ancient Greeks that everything was made up of four elements - Earth, Water, Air, and Fire. They asserted that every visible thing was made up of some combination of these elements,.
