A watercolour painting of morning mist rising over a farm laneway near my home after a heavy overnight snowfall, I live close to the Wicklow mountains Ireland - and the landscape undulates and stretches gently away towards this lovely mountain range ; particularly beautiful in winter after a heavy snowfall when morning sunshine causes a shot-lived mist to rise and hover over the lowlands ..

This is a beautiful view of winter 2011? Is the mountain range in the background that of the Blackstairs? or some other of the Wicklow mountains?

Hi Carmel this was created from memory -and as such is a generic / non specific winter scene in Ireland and could also be in the Blackstairs/ Wexford region although the laneway is near my home which is close to the Wicklow Mountains !
