Description
An Acrylic painting of an Irish country lane, the hazy blue Wicklow mountains in the distance. Acrylic painting of a laneway, pastures and the Wicklow mountains in the far distance. Part of my series of work both Acrylic and Watercolour based on daily observation of this beautiful landscape. .
The constantly changing skies and light in Ireland provide endless inspiration and a daily walk with my dogs on this lovely isolated lane gives me an opportunity to observe the various shades of blues, purples and greens
I have painted this scene many times and never tire of its beauty and variety.
I live in this ares which is on the border of two counties ;Wicklow and Carlow.
